He was a horrible fit on NJ.

Sorry dude but I just look past points. Just a year and a half ago he was playing against top competition and his numbers suggest he did great in those mins.

Last year not so much, which works in our favour a bit because Dubas can get the salary retention lower than he could of a year ago.

He is only 31. Same as Muzzin.

I just look at the numbers and see a guy who has never played against anything but top competition his whole career and has been great other than last year on a poop Devils team...But hey even Doughty looked like poop last season.

I don't blow my top over a bad season....Especially when said players are playing for bottom 5 NHL teams. Too many fans do.

My opinion of Suban being poor defensively isn't based on last year.

His entire career has been offense first dman who takes tons of risks.

But you keep trying to plan him as this responsible defensive dman. I doubt anyone will buy it, but by all means keep going.
